How fresh is this coffee?

Every order is roasted to order in small batches at our Camp Hill, PA roastery and shipped within days of roasting so it arrives at peak freshness. Roast dates are printed on each bag.

How should I store Instant Coffee with Mushroom?

Store in a cool, dark, dry place in the original resealable bag. Avoid refrigerating or freezing coffee once opened, as moisture and temperature swings dull flavor. For best taste, use within 30 days of the roast date.

What grind should I order?

Choose Whole Bean for the freshest cup (grind just before brewing). Choose a pre-ground option matched to your brewer: coarse for French press, medium for drip and pour-over, fine for espresso.
