1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Battle Ready Coffee website ("Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products

We sell coffee and related merchandise. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at time of order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping

  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items.
  • Claims for damaged/defective products must be submitted within [7] days of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

6. Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency selected.
